Megami Ibunroku Persona (1996 - 2000)


A manga adaptation of Megami Ibunroku Persona, spanning eight volunes and written by Shinshū Ueda.
It greatly expands upon the protagonist's backstory and is a highly recommended read to experience the story of Persona 1. It is the source of the MC's common 'canon' name, Naoya 'Naorin' Toudou.

Megami Ibunroku Persona: Shadow Maze (1997)


JP title: [女神異聞録ペルソナ シャドウメイズ]

Shadow Maze is an official novelization of Megami Ibunroku Persona, written from the perspective of Maki. Authored by Naoko Korekata and published by Aspect Novels. MC's name in this is Jihei 'Jay' Suzakuin.

Megami Ibunroku Persona: Kandori's Ambition (1997)


JP title: [女神異聞録ペルソナ 神取の野望]

A prequel written from the perspective of Takahisa Kandori as he navigates the politics of SEBEC and heads the company's research division on a matter-transporting machine.

Authored by Jun Nanbara and published by Victor Novels.

Megami Ibunroku Persona: Digital Collection (1998)


A CD-ROM produced by Atlus for the PC, featuring a collection of 12 minigames. It is set during the St Hermelin High School festival after the events of the game.

Megami Ibunroku Persona CD Dramas (1997 + 2009)


Drama CDs covering the game's story, a little over two hours long. MC's name in this is Yuuya Narumi. Translated in 2015 by pipeds3000. Vol 1 and Vol 2.

Channel also contains the drama CDs for Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Persona 3.

There was also a 70-minute long drama CD released for the PSP port in 2009, apparently a prequel featuring Maki. You can listen to the first (untranslated) track here.

Megami Ibunroku Persona Arrange Album (1997)


Composers: Hidehito Aoki, Kenichi Tsuchiya, Misaki Okibe, and Shoji Meguro.

Consisting of over a hundred tracks present in Persona 1, this album also contains six extra arranged tracks and a separate CD with a compilation of character voices.

My personal recommendations: Revelations Awakening, the police station theme, and Monochrome.

Shin Megami Tensei Persona Original Soundtrack (2009)


Arrangers: Shoji Meguro, Kenichi Tsuchiya, Atsushi Kitajoh, and Ryota Kozuka.

With the PSP port, the soundtrack of Persona 1 was entirely redone and rearranged by Shoji Meguro. This album consists of 67 tracks in total, including new vocal performances by Yumi Kawamura and Junichi Nozawa.
